11 years ago 5 people got together to save a club that was on the verge of shutting down. A huge thanks to that group(2 of which are still on the board) for seeing the big picture & providing a safe, family friendly club that still has the best awards! We’ve evolved a lot in 11 years and we hope you enjoy what we’ve created & fostered.
With so many things going on this weekend we were so happy to see riders at our 11th anniversary show! This year we did it a little different and had a TOUCHDOWNS & TAILGATES theme. Riders wore their favorite team colors or dressed in football related shirts! It was a smaller show but we had lots of help & welcomed several new riders & were happy to see several that we haven’t seen in awhile.
We managed to finish up, without splitting the arena, to get done by 2:00! Just in time for a huge backup on 101 north.
We had some amazing awards for Saturday (because it was our anniversary show after all). We had Klassy Cowgirl saddle pads for high point, splint boots for reserve, bell boots for 3rd, mohair cinches for 4th and glitter brushes for 5th. Plus fun coloring books & a medallion for our lead line riders! Here are your award winners for Saturday, September 20th!

SUNDAY
The Sunday of our annual Anniversary show started foggy! Such a change from Saturday! We had a tribute to DNOs Stand Out, Stanlee each day and Beth Krickeberg Arabia carried the club flag to “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” on Saturday & Elliana Kamath carried the flag to “Knowing You” on Sunday. It was very moving to so many. Thank you everyone for honoring Stanlee. He touched so many lives & will be remembered by so many riders.
We had 54 riders today & ran the 2 arenas to done by 2:30! We couldn’t do this without our volunteers. Whether you set obstacles, worked a gate or worked the booth, THANK YOU! Without you we couldn’t have these shows!
Today’s awards were black gator & bling tack sets for high point, glitter stirrups for reserve, spur straps for 3rd, cordless clippers for 4th & an over & under for 5th. Let’s congratulate our award winners for Sunday, September 21st:

Our next show is our OCTOBER SPOOKTACKULAR Show! With a costume parade each day, treats for riders & of course, amazing awards! Sugar skull themed & breatcancer awareness/pink themed! Mark October 18th & 19th on your calendars.
Our year end awards are right around the corner! November 8th at the Hollister Elks Lodge. Wear your fancy duds & accept your year end awards along side your fellow riders. Each qualified rider receives 2 tickets & more may be purchased for $60 each. This is a fun night for all of us to catch up without our horses, dust, dirt or helmet head!
