What a great way to spend Valentine’s Day! Riding with our TCR Family! The day started off with Tammy Lonardo strolling the grounds taking Valentine portraits of our riders and their beloved horses! Once she uploads the pics we will post the link. The Valentine portraits are $25 & action shots will be off her price list. I saw some super cute riders!

Thank you Richard Holland and the Monterey County Sheriff's Posse for working so hard to get the ground ready for us after the rain this week. It was PERFECT!!!!

 

Thank you to our rag tag bunch of board members who managed to get us up and running today. It’s a dedicated group of volunteers that keeps TCR running. If you see them, please say thank you!!! Don’t forget our volunteers either. They work just as hard to keep the show moving & we appreciate them.

 

Today’s awards were, of course, Valentine themed!!! High point was hot pink pop up groom in kits, reserve were conversation heart saddle sacks, 3rd was mini grooming kits, 4th was a bright pink bucket & 5th was a set of pink barrel reins!

Congratulations to every rider today!!!!

 

We were supposed to ride again tomorrow but… the rain is coming and according to the weather person it’s supposed to start mid morning. So, after talking for the board and asking our riders we decided to all stay home tomorrow and either prep for the storm or just stay warm! We also decided to offer a “double points show” later in the season. Stay tuned for details.

 

Our next show is schedule for March 14th & 15th! It’s our Chasing Rainbows Show! Let’s hope we

get an early spring!
