Workin’ 9 to 5, what a way to make a livin! Day 1 of our DOLLY PARTON RHINESTONE GYMKHANA was so much fun! Lots of super creative riders and horses payed tribute to Dolly Parton & all she believed in! We started the morning a little late but we rocked out to Dolly songs until we got rolling!

We were a little short handed today but thank you to all the volunteers & riders who jumped in. We have a raffle booth set up every show with 7-10 prizes per day. Volunteer for an event & get raffle tickets. Take them to the booth & put them in the prize you want to win. It pays to help!!!!

Our awards today were beaded headstalls, soft leather headstalls, printed latigo & off billets, bling halters & muck rakes. There were a lot of personal bests run today & here are your award winners for the 1st day of our show:

“Here You Come Again …. “Today we replayed our Saturday show but with more riders, different events and a whole lot of DOLLY PARTON RHINESTONE GYMKHANA FUN!!! 52 riders showed up today to play with their ponies and join us for another tribute to Dolly!

Thank you Monterey County Sheriff's Posse for giving us an amazing facility to call our HOME. It means so much to be able to work with an organization that promotes our riders and the western lifestyle. We appreciate you!!!

TCR believes in rewarding as many riders as possible at each show so we award 1st-5th in each Divison & still have an amazing year end celebration with top awards! (Stay tuned)This keeps our riders striving for higher goals while still giving them something for their accomplishments. Several of our riders split divisions while running their personal best times & we like to acknowledge them! Today our awards were EXTRA SPARKLY! Turquoise & silver stirrups, bronze & silver bumper spurs, turquoise & silver laced reins, tempered cutting boards and bronze & silver hoof picks! Here are our award winners from Day 2:

What an amazing weekend! We want to thank each and everyone of our riders & their families for spending their time with us! We realize there are many, many other things to do on the weekends and we appreciate that you chose our little independent gymkhana club.

​

We try to give back all we can to you and on November 8th we will be having our Boots & Buckles Year End Award Dinner at the Bolado Park Event Center. We are giving back over $35,000 to our riders. A prime rib dinner, 75 Mollys Custom Silver buckles, 30 personalized jackets, 6 Best Ever Pads Custom Saddle Pads, 6 Custom Tack Shop headstalls, 6 Molly's Custom Silver Pendants, 6 SmarTack Cowhide binders and of course… 6 Galbraith custom Saddles. WOW! Mark those calendars. Each qualified rider gets 2 tickets included in their membership and additional tickets may be purchased for $50 each (prime rib dinner).

But wait…. Before our Year End Dinner we have our annual SPOOKTACKULAR SHOW!!!! 2 days of Halloween fun. Dress up, costume parade each morning, goodies for riders and if you can still meet our relaxed dress code, you can ride in your costum all day!(boots and a helmet if your under 18). It is my MOST FAVORITE SHOW OF THE YEAR. Show off your creativity!
